The consultation process generally takes place as follows:
· We will provide you with a complimentary visit to your home and spend about one to two hours taking pictures, writing notes and discussing the home with you. · Upon your request, we will write a complete Ready-To-Sell Report of our recommendations and present it to you for a fee of $120.00. · Included with the Ready-To-Sell Report is two hours of our hands-on help to stage your home to add the final touches. · We are available to help with any of the recommendations in the report if requested. · We are also available for pre-open house preparation assistance to be sure your home makes a positive first impression.
